  • You can request for an exchange of perfumes within the 7 days period.
  • You may request for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the ladies suit.
  • The suit must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Accessories or accompanying items should also be included.
  • The suit should not be damaged, altered, or have any stains or odors.
  • Custom-made or tailored ladies suits cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Clearance or sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate an exchange.
  • Provide your order details and the desired size, color, or style for the exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item(s) and receive the desired item(s).
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges due to customer preferences or sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

  • Make sure that the seals, tags, and the condition of the perfume isn’t in tattered or worn condition.
  • You may also request a return of perfumes within seven days of receiving them.
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the ladies suit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
